Important Notice: By completing a booking with MKC Cleaning Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. Submission of a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1 General Policy & Scope
This policy applies to all cleaning services booked through mkccleaningservices.com, via WhatsApp, telephone or any other channel with MKC Cleaning Services LLC.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS or email from MKC Cleaning Services.
MKC Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services and takes quality seriously. Our goal is always to deliver a result that meets your expectations. However, all refunds, credits and disputes are governed strictly by this policy.
MKC Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
2 Cancellation Rules & Fees
The following cancellation schedule applies to all one-time service bookings:

Credit Notes: Service credits issued under this policy are valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue and can be applied to any future MKC Cleaning Services booking of equal or greater value. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
No Cash Refunds: MKC Cleaning Services does not issue cash or card refunds under any cancellation scenario. All refund equivalents are issued exclusively as service credit, except as required by UAE Consumer Protection Law.
3 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your booking under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before service: Permitted free of charge (maximum 2 reschedules per booking)
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before service: Subject to a rescheduling fee of AED 50
- A booking may be rescheduled to a date within 30 days of the original service date only
- Availability is not guaranteed โ rescheduling is subject to team availability
- A third reschedule request on the same booking will be treated as a cancellation under Section 2
All rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or phone call to our customer service team. Requests via other channels (social media, email) may not be processed in time.
4 No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when:
- Our cleaning team arrives at the confirmed address and is denied entry
- There is no one present to grant access at the scheduled time (unless key/access was pre-arranged)
- The client cancels or is unreachable within 30 minutes of the team's arrival
- Incorrect address details were provided at the time of booking
In all no-show situations, the full booking amount is forfeited. No refund, credit or rescheduling will be offered. Our cleaning professionals' time and travel are compensated in full. No exceptions will be made regardless of reason.
If you anticipate difficulty accessing your property at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a no-show charge.
5 Refund Eligibility
A monetary refund (to your original payment method) may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- MKC Cleaning Services cancels the booking due to non-availability of staff and cannot offer a replacement within 24 hours
- A confirmed online payment was charged but no booking confirmation was issued within 24 hours
- A verified double-charge or billing error occurred on our payment system
In all other cases, including customer-initiated cancellations, dissatisfaction with service, or partial completion due to customer request, refunds will be issued as service credit only.
Where a monetary refund is approved by MKC management, it will be processed within 7โ14 business days to the original payment method used at time of booking. MKC is not liable for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment processor.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of MKC Cleaning Services management. The management's decision is final and not subject to further appeal.
6 Service Quality Complaints
We take quality seriously. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service received, the following process applies:
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service completion with photo evidence
- Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be considered for any remedy
- Upon a valid, verified complaint, MKC will offer a free re-clean of the specific areas in question within 48 hours
- Re-clean is the primary and preferred remedy โ refunds will not be issued in lieu of a re-clean
- If the re-clean is refused by the customer, the complaint is considered resolved and no further remedy will be offered
What qualifies as a valid complaint: Specific areas that were missed or not cleaned to the standard described in the service package. General dissatisfaction, personal preferences or requests not included in the original package do not qualify for a re-clean or refund.
MKC Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or results beyond the scope of the booked service package. Our team will not be held responsible for items that are moved, misplaced or broken due to their pre-existing fragile condition.
7 Monthly Subscription Cancellations
Monthly cleaning subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. The following terms apply:
- A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel a monthly subscription
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email โ verbal cancellations are not accepted
- The subscription will continue for the full 30-day notice period and you will be charged accordingly
- No partial month refunds will be issued for unused visits within a billing period
- Prepaid monthly packages are non-refundable once the first visit has been completed
- Pausing a subscription for more than 14 consecutive days requires management approval and may incur a re-activation fee of AED 99
Monthly subscriptions that are cancelled with less than 30 days notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one month's subscription value.
8 Online Payment Refunds
All online payments are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) only. The following applies to payments made through our online payment gateway:
- All payment transactions are final upon confirmation
- Refunds, where approved under Section 5, are returned to the same card or payment method used
- MKC Cleaning Services is not responsible for currency conversion fees, bank charges or exchange rate differences on refunded amounts
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting MKC Cleaning Services will be contested and may result in permanent account suspension
- Fraudulent chargeback requests will be reported to the relevant UAE authorities
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us at
info@mkccleaningservices.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all genuine payment issues within 3โ5 business days.
9 Force Majeure
MKC Cleaning Services shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions, sandstorms or natural disasters
- Government restrictions, curfews or public health emergencies
- Staff illness, accidents or emergencies
- Traffic accidents, road closures or access restrictions
- Power outages, water supply failures or building access issues
In force majeure situations, the booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the next available date. No cash refund will be issued in force majeure circumstances. If you choose not to reschedule, a service credit valid for 90 days will be issued.
10 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding this policy:
- The customer must first contact MKC Cleaning Services in writing via email or WhatsApp
- MKC will respond within 5 business days
- All decisions made by MKC Cleaning Services management regarding refunds and cancellations are final
- MKC reserves the right to blacklist customers who abuse the refund or cancellation process, initiate fraudulent chargebacks or provide false information
If the matter cannot be resolved directly, disputes shall be referred to the relevant consumer protection authorities in the UAE in accordance with applicable law.
11 Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its amendments) and relevant regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. By making a booking with MKC Cleaning Services, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
